Sorry, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. I hope you understand that we are a very, very, small company and are financially unable to handle any used bedding returned. Furthermore, we are prohibited by law to resell any used bedding. Please contact me if any of this concerns you, I am a nice person and am happy to help.

Special Circumstances may arise for an accepted return. Under those circumstances bedding must be completely unused, in original packaging, sent free, and zero foreign fibers.

Where do I ship? 

I offer Shipping throughout Canada + USA. 

How do you estimate shipping prices? 

Shipping prices are estimated to the best of my ability (factoring in weight, size, material, shipping address). My shipping estimates are correct 99.9% of the time, however if I do end up overcharging you for shipping I will refund you the difference before I ship your piece.

How do you package your orders?

I try to be as zero/minimal waste as possible. I do not use unnecessary packaging, and my materials for marketing and shipping are recycable cardboard and paper. If I do use plastic, I am recycling it and I encourage you to please continue to reuse/recycle it!

If I live in the Fraser Valley, can I pick up? 

Yes! Use code PICKUP for free shipping if you can pick up in the Chilliwack/Abbotsford area of BC, Canada. 

How long does it typically take for you to ship? 

I try to maintain a healthy stock of supplies, however I am a small company (just me, myself, and I) so shipping times are often range between 2-4 weeks until shipping. If there is a rush for any reason, please email me  mulderandcompany@gmail.com
